Job Description
|
The primary responsibility of Community Liaison is to manage and monitor forums and thus ensure that the player expectations and needs are taken care off. The Community Liaison would work closely with the Associate Producer to ensure that the game operations are running smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Moderating forums. (Deleting inappropriate posts, reading posts to get info on community)
• Posting Updates, News Items (Writing small items in Forums or on website to update community on issues.)
• Work with US Community Liaison on Community Events, Contests and other programs.
• Work with GM and Producers daily to make sure CL is on the pulse of the game.
