|
Who You Are:
• An ambitious, driven, and talented individual who wants to work on challenging and potentially world-changing problems

• Strong all-round engineer who writes well-structured, easily maintainable, well-documented code
• 3+ years experience in software engineering and web application development in Java
• Strong knowledge of Internet Technologies and Java
• Expert HTML/CSS and JavaScript skills
• Solid experience with web APIs (e.g. JSON, SOAP) and UI frameworks (e.g. Dojo, YUI, GWT) a plus
• Working knowledge of SQL, experience with Hibernate a plus
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field from good university with high GPA; Masters preferred
What You'd Do:
• Design and develop web application and front-end code for WeatherBill's products, services and widgets
• Brainstorm and prototype new concepts and ideas rapidly
• Tackle a variety of engineering problems - we are a small team and we all share roles
• Solve the unique problem of making complex financial products and services easy-to-use and simple-to-understand
