Position Title: M-1 PRACTICE DIRECTOR
Location: RESTON, VA
Reports To: MANAGING PARTNER
Description: An efficient Practice Director, covering all facets of client management, business development, operations delivery, financial management and people management.
Responsibilities: Practice Management responsibilities:
· Profit and loss management for accounts worth $11-15M
· Drive strategy and direction of practice and align them with the company goals
· Take charge of the overall financial control of the practice
People Management responsibilities:
· Staffing current and new employees
· Undertake performance management of the staff
Client Management responsibility:
· Resolve issues in the client environment in a timely manner
Business Development responsibilities:
· Source new opportunities from existing base of work
· Drive capture effort on major opportunities
· Manage marketing and business opportunities in new areas within the agencies
Qualifications:
1. MBA or CPA or Bachelors degree from a reputed university
2. Extensive experience in profit and loss management
3. Extensive experience in financial management and management consulting
4. Extensive people management and operations management experience
5. Extensive client management experience
6. Federal experience with agencies like FAA/Social Security Administration/ Department of Education
7. Business Development and Capture Management experience
8. Experience in building and leading a full practice
