Position Title: PROGRAM ACCOUNT MANAGER
Location: AUGUSTA, ME
Reports To: HIM EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
Description: The incumbent will ensure that contractual obligations are met. Interact with customers and have direct responsibility for customer relations with the Maine client as well as the financial and operational areas of the Maine MMIS site.
Responsibilities:
· Take charge of the overall management of the project and serve as the primary point of contact for the client
· Coordinate the activities of the Pharmacy unit and direct the activities of the Claims
· Take charge of the P&L Management of the account
· Facilitate communications with ME MMIS units by preparing or overseeing the completion of operational reports and attending meetings as required by DHHS
· Resolve intra-divisional issues that effect ME MMIS processing
Qualifications: The incumbent must possess excellent communication skills, as well as be proficient in conflict resolution.
1. Extensive experience with Medicaid/healthcare
2. Extensive management experience supporting Medicaid/or large claims/system environment
3. Sales experience to identify new business (within the State)
