Position: Software Developer

Wurldtech Security Technologies, the leading provider of cyber-security
solutions to SCADA, process-control and mission-critical industries worldwide
has several positions open on our product development and vulnerability
research teams. If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity

You will be part of a cross-disciplinary development team tasked with creating
a Linux-based appliance that is implemented in Python and C, and makes extensive
use of low-level Linux networking APIs.
Requirements
------------
- At least an undergraduate degree in computer science or engineering
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages (we use Python, Java, C, and Lua)
- Experience developing software under Linux
- Understanding of network protocol concepts (particularly TCP/IP)
- Genuine desire to excel as a well-rounded software developer
- Interest in working in a highly collaborative and dynamic startup environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Permanent legal right to work in Canada
Some of the following would be beneficial
-----------------------------------------
- Experience with low-level Unix networking APIs (packet sockets, ICMP, etc.)
- Knowledge of protocols used in industrial automation environments
- Linux kernel development experience (device drivers and network stacks)
- Understanding of programming mistakes and how to exploit them
- Familiarity with security tools (like Nessus, Metasploit, or Spike)
- Experience performing code audits and/or protocol analysis
- Familiarity with GUI design and development
