Position Title: Justice And Public Safety Solution Architect
Location: VIRTUAL
Description: Serve as a Technical Architect for projects in the Justice and Public Safety Solution area.
Responsibilities:
· Function as a key member of project teams
· Responsible and accountable for the correctness, viability, and estimates for the infrastructure-related services and components of complex systems integration projects
· Infrastructure architecture, design, construction, test, deployment, performance tuning, and/or operations aspects of solutions provided
· Advise, analyze, research, and design complex technology infrastructure solutions for the clients
· Apply industry or domain knowledge to develop custom solution recommendations that conform to project requirements and constraints utilizing industry standards and best practices
Qualifications: The incumbent must have a complete understanding of the value of structured methodologies.
1. Extensive experience in the IT industry
2. Experience working with Justice related technologies including: Global Justice XML Data Model (GJXDM), National Information Exchange Model (NIEM), IEPD Development, JIEM Modeling, Justice Integration and Interoperability, Justice and Public Safety, Computerized Criminal History and other Crime Information Systems, Law Enforcement Messaging Switch
3. Experience in architecting, designing, developing and installing Justice and Public Safety Solutions in a complex and organization wide environment
4. Experience in using a structured service delivery methodology
5. Experience in creating UML-based (graphical) or other standards-based architectural models
6. Experience in interfacing with clients at all levels of their business, to include business operations, financial, technology and management
