|
Software Engineer: Zope/Python
APS Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Software Engineer. The individual must be a team player that designs, develops and implements Zope/Python Web applications. Must have demonstrated experience with designing Web applications using Zope/Python. Preference will be given to candidates that have further experience integrating RDBM systems with Zope.
The Software Engineer will interact with appropriate business units and customers to determine the business needs for the application. Has to have the ability to work with the different technical and business teams. Must be able to document business needs for communicating requirements appropriately. Must be comfortable working in a team setting.
Education:
Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
Requirements:
Requires at least 1+ years of Zope/Python experience.
At least 1+ years of SQL design and development experience.
Experience with a version control system such as Subversion.
Experience with Zope technologies or related technologies such as Plone.
Experience with RDBMS concepts is a plus.
Experience with IT Healthcare is a plus.
Experience with web services and Ajax development is a plus.
U.S. Citizenship required.
